Shipping Info

Design by C offers a variety of products with varying processing times to suit your needs:

Standard: Our standard items are shipped within 1-3 weeks at no additional cost to the client.
Tulle dresses and luxury sparkly/feather/rhinestone designed dresses require more time to ensure the highest quality and design standards are met. These items take 4-7 weeks to be shipped, and we kindly request that you plan accordingly.
In Stock items are Ready To Ship products that have already been crafted and are available for immediate shipping. These items are shipped within 1-3 business days. We partner with UPS and Royal Mail International for shipping. Shipping within Europe typically takes 1-10 days, while the UK takes 1-3 days, and shipping to the US takes 7-10 days. Some other international destinations may take up to 7-14 days, excluding possible customs issues.

Please note that once your package leaves our company, it is beyond our control. While we make every effort to facilitate communication between you and the courier, we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages by third parties. We kindly request your understanding in this matter.

In some cases, international packages may incur taxes and custom duties to be released. We cannot predict these charges, and they have nothing to do with our company; therefore, they must be paid by the client. Please be aware that custom clearance procedures may delay delivery.

Please note that we are legally prohibited from listing items as gifts or writing down lower values to avoid possible fees.

If a customer refuses to pay custom fees and the parcel is returned to Design by C, all extra charges (including return shipping costs and UPS handling fees) in addition to the original shipping cost will be deducted from your payment.
