Processing Time , Terms, Conditions, Privacy, Refund Policies



Design by C works with different processing times:

- Standard: the item will take 1-3 weeks to be shipped. The standard items don’t have any extra cost for the client;

- Tulle dresses and all luxury sparky / feather/ rhinestone designed dresses needs more time to be done. Those items will take 4-7 weeks to be shipped please plan accordingly . 

- In Stock items – In Stock items means Ready To Ship – which means that those items are already made. They will be shipped within 1-3 business day


Cancelation accepted up to 24 hrs.Unfortunately after that timeframe cancellation is not accepted because working progress started. 



Design by c works with UPS, Royal Mail International. Shipping inside Europe normally takes 1-10days; UK 1-3 days and Shipping to the US takes 7 -10 days; Some other international destinations might take up to 7-14 days – this time frame is excluding possible customs issues.

We want to make clear that once the package leaves our company it is out of our hands. We try our best to interpose the communication between client and courier, but most of it has to be done by the client itself. Design by C can not take any responsibilities for lost package by 3rd parties. Please understand that. 

In some cases the international packages will be charged taxes and custom duties to be released – we can’t predict those charges and they have nothing to do with our company, therefore they must be payed by the client. Notice that custom clearance procedures might delay the delivery.

Please note that we are legally not allowed to list items as gifts or to write down lower values to circumvent possible fees.

If customer refuse to pay custom fee and parcel will be returned to Design by C, all extra charges ( return shipping cost and UPS handling fees )  along the original shipping cost will be deducted from your payment.



Design by C accepts return ( for store credit only ! ) and exchange, but you have to keep in mind that:

- We are not responsible for wrong size selection or color selection

- For refunding, we have to receive the item, OR be contacted WITH the tracking number of the return WITHIN 7 business days;

- We don’t refund shipping cost, and don’t pay return shipping costs as well; (It is possible to use paypal to reimburse your return shipping costs, you can find information about this on the paypal website.)

- If you not mark your return parcel and the custom form as return and UK customs charge custom fee on your return parcel,  your return will be refused and your parcel will be re-delivered to you. That is buyer responsibility to mark the parcel and custom forms as return! 

- The items will go through analysis: we only accept items that were NOT washed or used and we DO NOT receive damaged or alterated items;

If you fit into these conditions you can return your item for store credit or exchange.

All sale items, hats,  accessories, and bodysuits not refundable are FINAL SALE.

The refund amount for each item will be proportionally reduced.   When you purchase items as a Buy 2 Get One free offer, the discount reflecting the price of the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item. If any item is returned, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.


- There is a 14 day return policy on all our products.

- You have to inform us when you want to return items.

- You must write on your invoice  and package / custom form that it is a return, and the invoice must be attached on the item;

- In some cases the international packages will be charged taxes and custom duties when returned – we can’t predict those charges and they have nothing to do with our company, therefore they must be payed by the client !

- You will be given store credit for the value of your purchase no money refund !!!

- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned


- There is a 14 day return policy on all our products.

- You must write on your invoice and package / custom form that it is a return, and the invoice must be attached on the item;

- You have to purchase a new order in our webshop;

- Once the dress is checked, and everything is ok, the unwanted item will be fully (100%) refunded.

- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned !


Return/Exchange costs:

Regularly we get the question why shipping/returns are not free and sometimes we get accusations that this is to the disadvantage of the customer. We would like to explain this because the bottom line is: free shipping/return does not exist.

Some companies offer free shipping and returns for their customers. That sounds nice, but in fact the shipping and return costs are already included in the product. If you buy 1 product, the product price is: product price + shipping costs + return shipping costs + handling costs.

So if you buy 1 product and decide to keep it then you have paid for your shipping costs but you have also paid for your return costs.

Because we like to keep shopping with us fun and accessible we do not have higher prices but because of this we do not guarantee a return cost.


We strongly ask you to check your items once they are received. If there is any quality issue on it we would like to be notified as soon as possible, otherwise it is extremely difficult for us to know if the damage was done prior to shipment. If there is by any chance a problem caused by us in your dress, we will be more than happy to refund the costs of the return and send you a new item as soon as possible. 


- Please note, there might be some slight differences in the color tone/shade of the website's photo and the actual item. That is due to the photo editing made by the photographers and different screen calibrations.

- The structure of the fabric can also be changed by the fabric suppliers.- There always is color difference between the materials. We strive to make them look as close to each other as possible, but because fabrics are also made in different colour baths, we do not have a 100% guarantee on this. 

- If you have any concern or doubt about colors and structures please email us before your order.

- The photographer is always responsible for the safety of his/her client. Design by C is therefore not responsible for any accidents.

- Please notice that all of our items are handmade, therefore none of the dresses will be exactly the same size.

Design by C accepts payments through Paypal, Klarna, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer and IBAN. All the orders are only made once the payment is done. The custom orders aren’t refundable.

For Paypal payments: If a case on Paypal is opened, the money will only be refunded once the item is properly returned.

Discount Codes at Check Out: You can only use one discount code per order at the checkout.  



It is absolutely prohibited to commercially use the photos from our photographers and clients unless you have the consent of the company’s owner or of the photographer itself. Design by C has an agreement with the photographers and any violation of this policy will cause a possible legal action.


Design by C doesn’t authorize re-sales from our gowns in a commercial way (such as in a store) unless you have a permission from the owner. Personal resales are allowed.
